? Provide instruction of Economics courses in accordance with established course materials ? Work collaboratively and cooperatively with staff and students ? Instruct and assist in the growth and success of a diverse population of Chinese international students through careful preparation of course materials (lecture slides is provided), effective teaching methodologies and informed critical feedback on assignments and discussions ? In class interaction with students is key ? Maintain appropriate standards of professional conduct and ethics ? Be able to participate in curriculum development, design, implementation and evaluation to maintain and improve the instructional programs
