Job Description ：
? Prepare for class by going over the PPT and reading the materials.
? Do sufficient background reading so that you may answer the students' questions carefully
? Write a detailed lesson plan for each class and turn it in a day before to the teachers’ supervisor.
? Direct the classes.
? Be punctual.
? Communicate with the TA or the teachers’ supervisor when encountering any difficulty.
? Check the students’ homework: this includes both written homework, which is usually done half an hour before class and recordings which the students do at home. The purpose of the latter is correcting their pronunciation.
