1.负责学院授课的日常运作，与学院负责人通力合作，提供教学服务质量； Be responsible for the daily teaching of the academy,and cooperate with the people in charge of improving teaching quality; 2.耐心指导学员球技，制定教学计划，提供多种课程供学员选择，满足不同顾客的需求； Guide students patiently in their golf-playing skills.Formulate teaching plans to provide students with multiple courses and meet their demands; 3.教学之余，完成公司安排的陪练、陪打工作； Guarantee the playing partner-job according to the arrangements of company apart from teaching time; 4.在教学之余，每天1小时左右在俱乐部会馆接待客人，并为客人提供服务。 Spend 1 hour welcoming and serving customers in the club apart from teaching time.
