Carefully align on sourcing strategies and directions with key stakeholders (and other Regions) - making sure that sourcing strategies are fully aligned to our changing business requirements. * Lead cross-functional teams that develop and implement sourcing strategies for product categories * Ensure that Purchasing is fully integrated with the Business Teams, supporting strategic projects within the BG. * Bring professionalism to the team to ensure proper implementation of leading edge Purchasing capabilities. As result of your efforts Purchasing is truly recognized as a value adding business function within organization. * Work in close collaboration with Internal Customers, External Suppliers and Purchasing community. The successful candidate is comfortable in a matrix organization and strong at stakeholder management.
