Job Description

Business Develop in MNC companies in China

- analyze clients requirements, compile job descriptions, conduct extensive research work to identify potential candidates, and set up daily communication with them, and regular communication with clients
· Present suitable candidates to clients, arrange interviews and follow up with client regularly to collect valuable feedback
· Conduct background and reference checks at clients request
· Set up regular communication channel with other Consultants, Researchers, candidates and clients to better understand their business and culture
· Implement and maintain a comprehensive report regarding cold-call activities to potential candidates
· Maintain confidentiality towards clients and candidates
· Timely issuance of invoices to clients, and collections follow-up
· Any other reasonable task the management requires
