Job Description

At least Bachelor Degree in Science field or Engineer field, Master degree is preferred ,
?At least 5 years’ experience on software development area or IT solution development area
?At least 2 years’ management experience in complex environment
?Extremely good communication and presentation skill on both English and Chinese
?Strong business analysis skills
?Domain knowledge is a must, deep understanding Scientific area is strongly preferred
?IT Service management experience is a strong plus.
?Good management skills (PM and management of local 3rd party engineers)
