Cooperation with the other CRM areas to achieve sales results.



Monitoring KPIs related to Customer lifecycle phases, and in case of need taking part in creating action plan.



Cooperation on the product development and cooperation on the process changes.



Active cooperation on pricing.



Giving impacts to IT and Operations.



Testing IT systems and reporting the results.



Provides information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing process and x-sell issues.
