Job Description

Travel Service 差旅服务
?受理客户通过致电或电邮所发出的差旅要求 Receive the travel request from client by email or phone call
?每个月和票务对帐后，检查BU付款编号，获得BU确认后，最终由财务部门进行转帐付款
Make reconciliations with flight vendor each month, check with cost center head and get their confirmed, then financial department make settlement

?火车票预订
Support train tickets booking
?为客户联系相关供应商或票务公司
Coordinate between clients’ courier service company.
Visa签证(Support and Supervise vendor on-site support person)
?入境服务Inbound services
?为外籍员工办理工作许可证的延期（WP）、居留许可（RP）。
Handle the extension of work permit (WP) and residence permit (RP) for foreigner employees.
?帮助外籍员工准备所有的公司申请表格，并提交给人事审批和敲章。负责向直线经理申请盖章签字等其他流程。
Prepare all company application forms for foreigner employees with HR approval and chops. Support documentation requirement including chops and signatures from approved line manager.
?把相关需要的文档转交给办理的供应商
Transfer all the required documents to vendor.
?提供月报
International Visa application business
?和签证供应商紧密协作
Liaison with visa vendor to obtain visa for clients.
?每月签证结算及对帐
Visa billing reconciliations and monthly settlement
职位要求：
大专及以上学历
Diploma and above
年以上的相关岗位工作经验
Three years and above of related working experience in travel service
熟练掌握专业设备的使用
Mastery of professional facilities
处理客户投诉技巧
Customer complaint handling skills
英语听说读写流利
English skills, written and spoken
了解熟悉相关差旅政策法规
Knowledge in travel services (Planning, reservations)
