Job Description

1. Develop and initiate EOL test process considering customer requirement and lean manufacturing concept
2. Optimize the EOL test process by collecting the input from other function and comments from Centre of Excellence in Europe
3. Overall control Product testing during NPI phase, make GRR analysis and finalize test process
4. Create specifications of EOL test station and list all key requirements including poke yoke, key elements for machine, and so on
5. Working with purchasing department and New process development Engineer to select equipment supplier
6. Liaising with supplier on technical issues
7. Draw the acceptance stand and verify the new equipment, such as cycle time, FTY, MSA, Calibration, down time, SPC and others in machine specification
8. Analyze test yield weekly, make improvement and give comments to production line
9. Manage test equipment maintenance to reduce down time
10. Trouble shooting for on line service
11. Providing training to relevant operators or engineers if required
12. Other assignment
