Job Description

Sell abrasive grains in East China, covering Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Aahui, to achieve the annual budget in the dedicated territory
Complete and achieve annual sales target
Maintain the existed accounts to make sure the maximum market share% there
Develop new accounts for abrasive grains related applications
Collect customers information (customers demand & demand trend in future), and report to line manager and product manager/engineer
Collect Market and competition information (Products & Market Pricing level), and report to line manager and product manager/engineer
Promote new products in market with help from Product manager/engineer
Participate in the sales strategy making with constructive ideas
Respect company rule regarding business trip safety.
Introduce the EHS policy and all the measurable indicators to the public.
Introduce to the customers the EHS evaluation result and safety measures which are involved in the design process of a new product.
Communicate to the customer the entity certification information.
Actively support and promote company EHS policy internally and externally.
