1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Solid recruiting experience from MNC or renowned recruitment agency.
3. Proven track record in fulfilling the assigned requisitions with the KPIs of lead time, cost per hire and customer satisfaction.
4. Possess good know-how and sourcing skills for major job boards and social media.
5. Good interpersonal skills with sound communication, being able to interface customers and vendors independently.
6. Be proactive, humble aggressive and have a strong sense of urgency.
