Job Description

1. Focus on new hire maintenance, including physical check, social security, legal documentation application and system input and maintenance on timely basis with high accuracy.
2. P-file maintenance through the entire employment life circle.
3. Need to follow the legal procedure on the local hired foreigner hiring. At the meantime, manage the vender to support the procedure smoothly and in time.
4. Payroll assistance on preparation of change report. And cooperate with co-work on payroll procedure.
5. Assignment administration for Expatriate population in China through whole assignment life circle, including not limited to on-boarding & exit administration, housing management, immigration support, invoices payments & tracking and reporting, global vendors coordination, center point of contact for China wide HR coordination for Expatriate.
6. Asia STA coordinator, as first level of reviewer on Asia countries STA cost sheet, CIS and cost allocation, STA data tracking and global invoices payment, ensure global STA policy and process compliance across Asia countries.
7. Singapore related HR works support on new hire and exit process such as P file and PeopleSoft data set up, update and termination, e-leave system set-up and maintenance, monthly reporting on HC, leave accrual, payroll cost allocation, safety report and other ad-hoc reporting.
